Protecting the Home First

Before any tool or any material comes into a home, we apply protective flooring across every exposed area outside the work zone. It adds time at the start of the project, but it prevents exactly the kind of snag nobody wants at the end of a renovation.

The Process - Strip-Out, First-Fix, Tiling, Second-Fix

Our team fully ripped the old room back to its bare shell. First-fix plumbing and joinery followed, with a new ceiling and bath frame built along with stud work ready for new plasterboards. Once the boards went up, the rest of the first-fix plumbing was completed and then tiling and plastering began.

Tiling and Finishing

Tiling was completed alongside all the finishing touches, using the best products on the market from brands like Soudal and Kerakoll. Once tiling, grouting and caulking were done, second-fix plumbing and the full suite install brought the room to life.
